Brad Ferrand is an Associate Attorney with the firm. His practice primarily includes insurance coverage litigation, property and casualty insurance litigation, admiralty and maritime claims, construction defect litigation, products liability, personal injury, toxic tort claims, and premises liability.

Mr. Ferrand attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication.  He attended Loyola University School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctor in 2005. In his final two years of law school, Mr. Ferrand clerked for the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office.

Mr. Ferrand is licensed to practice in all state courts of Louisiana since 2005, and was admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana in 2006. He is a member of the Louisiana and Texas Bar Associations, the St. Tammany Parish Bar Association, and the West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Ferrand lives in Covington, Louisiana with his wife, Joneé, and their daughter, Lilette.
